Biography: James Atticus Bowden specializes in inter-disciplinary long range 'futures' studies. He is a retired United States Army Infantry Officer. A 1972 graduate of the United States Military Academy, he also earned graduate degrees from Harvard University and Columbia University. He is also an active member of the Virginia Republican Party, where he has held elected offices.
